Hello all.
I am from ru shard.
My English is not so good...so sorry. But i want to tell you about some things that i care about.

1st thing, and the most important is issue with Trapper roots.
By default Strong Roots have 2seconds of duration. With Feat "Ancient Roots" they have 7s (2+5).
So after activation of "Master Trapper" we must have 11s of roots duration.
With "Thorned Roots" every second we deal 200% of weapon damage.
This is true when we use roots on a dummy.
But if we use them on monsters something is going wrong:
4s we have 4 hits and monster is immobilized BUT - something reduce this hits. For ex. 3090(8498).
63% really? why? is not a defense. So what is this?
Then worse. 5-11seconds damage is more reduced and monster is not immobilized. For ex. 1700(8498). Whats wrong with roots? Why only 20% of damage?
If I activate 2 pets with "+15% control bonus" ( i mean summ 30%) i have 14s of roots duration. But all the same:
4s + 10s - the same effect. Reduced damage and don't have a control.

Maybe this is not issue, so plz tell this, tell that you changed mechanics. If no... plz fix... Roots worked good before.


2nd thing. Aspect of the woolf lvl4 is like lvl1. no comments.
Pathfinders Action - lvl1 dont gives 5% of deflection chance. lvl4 gives 3% instead of 5% of deflection chance.

3d thing. Control bonus from wisdom does not work.

Atm this is all. But HR still has many other issues.

    the damage reduction is because of armor penetration not applied on the thorned roots damage , we already report this and we are waiting for an answer .

    As for the duration it's due to mobs high control resist .

    Armor pen is not working on roots and needs to be fixed asap.
    Roots duration is not affected by control bonus as much as you may think. I think it works like recharge speed but im not even sure its working.
    Regardless the root duration enemies take all the root ticks tho

    ok...so why for example if some monster has armor ~30% roots still have just 50% damage. it is very strange.

    hopefully theyll fix the arm pen roots asap and then people will constantly cry nerf hrs when we arent even op.

    Yeap... enemies take all the root ticks. But... every time after 4 tick damage is reduced(and no immob.) so much. do you think it depends on the control resist bonus?
    And why only after 4s every time? Different mobs. Ice Wind Dale.... Dread Ring... etc.. ill try on other.
    Control bonus increases duration of roots but not of immobilization.

    here is a bug report for you.
    It is actually funny but sometimes it goes from 50% down to 20% or even 0% damage only .

    Note that this is mob in dread ring. He has ±50% resistance.
    Testing on no enchant weapon.
    Note that sometime it even drops to 20% effectiveness.
    No effectiveness lines are 100% effectiveness. Game does not report base damage for those.

    Issue also effects control on roots. So for not control immune target you don't deal any damage at all. For control immune - same story. total 0 damage/ 0 control.
    As you sad earlier - no wisdom bonus at all .

    same i really hope they fix us. im only doing pvp and dragon runs til they fix this.

    they gave us more arp to use it but we are not benefiting from it :'(:'(


    come HRs , here is where you have to QQ . it's a gamebreaking for the hunter ranger class , trapper spec !

    i want dozens of QQs :p

    HR got 50%+ arpen without slotting dark,dragon,savage and for what?
    HR have been fight with a handicap this whole month
    panderous say that aspect of the lone wolf will be fixed next patch hope it will fix root too

    i want them to fix the artifact bow with split shot on it giving 0% bonus to stamina (previous Dragon Artifact bow gave up to 40% for split shot depending how long it was held ) (that also was broken in mod6 giving 0% actuality ) so after doing all the quests in all three areas my reward is a broken piece of junk. Great job TEAM!!!
    as an Archer build watching this class get nerfed ..trees changed and synergy of build disappearing (unless you are the trapper) it is sad and disconcerting.

    Beyond the point, the crushing roots DoT lasts for 30, and i repeat, 30(!!!!!) seconds. There is NO other DoT even NEAR this duration. The Warlock, the DoT freaking CLASS, have a DoT with 10 seconds tops.
    Am i the only one who thinks its wrong?

    Hunter ranger enscribed garmet shirt does not display as a shirt but as a pants instead. Stats work but display is bugged. Equipping enscribed shirt on hunter ranger displays no shirt. Please fix thank you.

    Lol, there are so many broken and useless powers for HRs, some dating all the way back to mod 2. The deiman covers most of them.

    Amazing that we still do reasonably well given what we have.

    Right now I'd settle for either a straight damage buff, or a arpen fix for roots. But I'm not holding my breath even a little.
    No idea what my toon is now.
