My English is not so good...so sorry. But i want to tell you about some things that i care about.
1st thing, and the most important is issue with Trapper roots.
By default Strong Roots have 2seconds of duration. With Feat "Ancient Roots" they have 7s (2+5).
So after activation of "Master Trapper" we must have 11s of roots duration.
With "Thorned Roots" every second we deal 200% of weapon damage.
This is true when we use roots on a dummy.
But if we use them on monsters something is going wrong:
4s we have 4 hits and monster is immobilized BUT - something reduce this hits. For ex. 3090(8498).
63% really? why? is not a defense. So what is this?
Then worse. 5-11seconds damage is more reduced and monster is not immobilized. For ex. 1700(8498). Whats wrong with roots? Why only 20% of damage?
If I activate 2 pets with "+15% control bonus" ( i mean summ 30%) i have 14s of roots duration. But all the same:
4s + 10s - the same effect. Reduced damage and don't have a control.
There are screenshots. but sry they are on rus.
Maybe this is not issue, so plz tell this, tell that you changed mechanics. If no... plz fix... Roots worked good before.
2nd thing. Aspect of the woolf lvl4 is like lvl1. no comments.
Pathfinders Action - lvl1 dont gives 5% of deflection chance. lvl4 gives 3% instead of 5% of deflection chance.
3d thing. Control bonus from wisdom does not work.
Atm this is all. But HR still has many other issues.

As for the duration it's due to mobs high control resist .
Roots duration is not affected by control bonus as much as you may think. I think it works like recharge speed but im not even sure its working.
Regardless the root duration enemies take all the root ticks tho
ok...so why for example if some monster has armor ~30% roots still have just 50% damage. it is very strange.
And why only after 4s every time? Different mobs. Ice Wind Dale.... Dread Ring... etc.. ill try on other.
Control bonus increases duration of roots but not of immobilization.
well they gotta have something to complain about otherwise the forums would die.
It is actually funny but sometimes it goes from 50% down to 20% or even 0% damage only .

Issue also effects control on roots. So for not control immune target you don't deal any damage at all. For control immune - same story. total 0 damage/ 0 control.
As you sad earlier - no wisdom bonus at all .

same i really hope they fix us. im only doing pvp and dragon runs til they fix this.
they gave us more arp to use it but we are not benefiting from it
come HRs , here is where you have to QQ . it's a gamebreaking for the hunter ranger class , trapper spec !

HR have been fight with a handicap this whole month

as an Archer build watching this class get nerfed ..trees changed and synergy of build disappearing (unless you are the trapper) it is sad and disconcerting.
Am i the only one who thinks its wrong?
Amazing that we still do reasonably well given what we have.
Right now I'd settle for either a straight damage buff, or a arpen fix for roots. But I'm not holding my breath even a little.
