Strawberry Yakuza is recruiting. we're a pve and pvp guild that helps each other. We are a team of (mostly un)professional players, dedicated to the development of our fellow members.
The guidelines of this guild can be summed up into 3 words: respect, trust, and loyalty.
Respect
Respect will be maintained by all guild members, junior and senior. At no time will any remarks meant to degrade, humiliate, or embarrass be tolerated. This not only applies to one another, but extends to those outside of our guild whom we contact with. Each member regardless of standing is a representative of this guild. It only takes one of us to ruin the perception of our entire guild. Remember, we are a family of professionals, and we will prove it by our manners.
Trust
Trust is the faith in our principles and individual abilities. Our ranking system is designed to show that a player has reached a certain level of amazingness. Trust in your officers, they are here to guide and support their fellow members... usually. In turn, they are trusting that you will be honest with yourself and with them. Feel free to ask others if you have any questions, need help, or just want to hang out.
Loyalty
Loyalty is the commitment we have to help each other to reach our goals. While we all have individual objectives, our focus is to be stronger as a family. That means we all have a responsibility to each other, regardless of rank, to assist those that require our help. This is not to be abused. Repay their kindness to the next person requiring your strength - this is how we will grow.
There are actual rules to being this this guild, but they all stem from these 3 principles. As long as you keep them in mind, you will always be a valuable and respected member of this family. There is no item level requirement. If interested, plesae feel free to contact any of our officers or myself (kev@finshhim).
