IceSpire Peak Quest Chains are broken

Completed 2 quests in the beginning area, went to do a Dungeon Delve - came back to absolutely no quests in the area. Im LVL 54. This is a game breaking glitch in my opinion.

    Talk to everybody. It sounds like you are over-leveled for the area (46-49). As you just found out 5 levels over is where the issue kicks in. When that happens the main quests are still there, but the signs over the heads of the NPCs are not. Quest-givers still have yellow names and boxes.

    I am having the same issue right now. The Double XP weekend kinda screwed me. You need to talk to EVERYONE to find the next mission. It takes for ever to find out where you need to go next.
