Lost Purchased Items?

Greetings! I'm new to this community and to the game it self and i must say that i've become an ENORMOUS fan of this game very quickly. I'm posting this for the main purpose of keeping folks aware of a "bug" i've came across while purchasing the dragonborn pack from the ZEN market which specifically states you will unlock the race (which you do) along with a re-roll token for an existing class (which you don't)
I know i should've done some "research" before purchasing but i honestly do not think that should be necessary if this is a known bug and its still purchasable in the market. Till this issue gets resolved i think this item should be either removed from the market OR re-edited to state it does not offer the re-roll token. I've already submitted my ticket to hopefully get some sort of re-fund or simply get my token which is what i really wanted in the first place.

Overall - i don't plan to stop playing this amazing game, i just wanted my voice to be heard that small issues like these can bring down some new comers....game on!

Did you ever get a refund? I too bought the pack after lots and lots of Grinding to get enough AD to exchange for coins i purchased the pack and i too am missing the token/option to re-roll my level 60 HR i have requested the same as you that they should change the description and/or remove it from purchase and also compensate those who have fell victim to an incorrect desciption, should of gone with the champion of the north pack! :mad:
