My Dwarf lost his beard!

I have been playing an Dwarven Oathbound Paladin when I am actually able to log-in using the safe mode. The other day I noticed that when I select a helm with a "closed" face his beard dissapears when I view him on screen. If I disable the helm visual the beard comes back and if I enable a helm with an "open" face his beard is shown. I know this is a trivial complaint, but a Dwarf without a beard is just plain WRONG!!!!

well my char somtimes loses his eyebrows. And today I noticed that my origin isn't the one I picked -.- I chose northdark and now I'm some fighter in daleands wth

Man that is a big nose 0.o I don't think he needs the helmet with a nose that big.

Aside from the nose, that is just how my Dwarf looks with a closed helm, no beard!!!!:(
