I get you guys/gals are super busy with working on the the game and all but maybe you ought to think about hiring some additional customer support people. I put in a support ticket 2 or 3 days ago and nothing not even auto generated message nothing just,just nothing and that says "TO ME" A. I don't care enough to respond or B. We are way to under staffed either way it's unsatisfactory would like to see you guys change the way you handle customer support.
Even during the week it takes a few days. Think of all of the people on two systems complaining about something not working for them. I'd say 3 days is pretty good response.

Tickets take generally 1-3 days for a response, depending on workload. Used to be that tickets weren't answered on weekends, but that changed around a year or so ago.
