Right after trying for several days to not only manage to open a ticket due to too many redirects on every web browser i tried, i can't find a fix on the forums nor have i been replied to on any social media even with a standard response, i've just been flat out ignored. the active trinket of my main character has "error getting item info" all i want to know is, is this a fixable issue from my end? if so how do i do it, if not can you fix it? because i cant do anything with my active trinket i can't remove it i can't replace it and i can't click on it without being booted to dashboard. any help would be fantastic either from a gm or someone whos fixed this issue.
