BUG: Major Power Armor Kit

The tool tip on the Major Power Armor Kit says it will work on any armor above level 120.

The armor kit doesn't work on the Elemental Burning Duelist set.

    ok, so if you remove the armor to your inventory (rather than wearing it) and try the kit it now works.
