xbox one/pc link question

im sure this has probably been answered a thousand times but for the life of me cant find it...but if I link my arc account to my xbox one account...will the packs i purchased carry over? i cant fathom paying 200 dollars again.

    so i have to purchase the hero of the north pack for the xbox one as well? well thats crappy...

    On the bright side, it's only 60 on xbox ( has a few less things) and can only be bought with zen. So, if you can wait, build up some AD, then get it.

    Buying stuff on the xbox one is a lot faster. And on the PC it takes longer and is a bit more expensive.

    Actually, most things are either the same price or more expensive on the Xbox. I haven't noticed a time difference.
