Fillial Villainy Quest sharing broken - unable to complete

Subject: Fillial Villainy Quest sharing bug
Steps to reproduce: Last night myself and a friend were helping another friend who was a lower level to complete his quests in Neverdeath Graveyard. Two of us had already completed the Fillial Villainy quest prior to this. Our friend who had yet to complete it had shared it with us along with the other quests he had in that area. When it came time to burn the Necromancer Lab, myself and the friend who had completed the quest previously were unable to burn it as it was not "sparkling" (i.e. selectable) for us. Our friend was able to complete the quest but the two of us who had done the quest previously had to abandon it since we could not burn the lab.
Bug: Unable to complete "Fillial Villainy" quest after previously finishing it and then having it shared to us by a friend when helping him clear the area. Quest eventually had to be abandoned.
Notes: I know this is small potatoes when compared to some of the other more nagging issues at the moment, but wanted to mention it anyway. Thanks.
