Map Transfer splits parties

I know there is a transfer fail thread but this is not a transfer fail. When moving from one foundry map to another each member of my party has been ending up on a separate instance of the next map. Unable to progress further because we are no longer on the same instance. Not sure if anyone else runs these in parties but is it rather irritating enough without suddenly being split off from the one person with the progression items.

    This was a frequent problem when doing map transfers normally. With going zone to zone such as leaving out of a foundry. Now this problem has gotten work and it splits parties within the same foundry. This has become more than an annoyance and has made doing foundries close to unplayable in parties now that have additional maps within.

    Perhaps if everyone in party uses exit door attached to mini-map and then trys to re-transfer from gate might fix it?

    it fixes it sometimes, other times it requires to start the entire foundry over again from the first map when you re-enter.

    This is like a roller coaster, one day you are happy because they fix the "Map transfer failed" bug, and then suddenly appear 3 more bugs...

    Just when a player told me that he will play some of my foundries with another friend...

    Just losing faith rapidly in this game. :mad:

    I've mostly abandoned this game. I think I'm at the point where I check in now and then. I only came here for the foundry, but PWE seems content just to bury it in a pile of ****, so until some of that gets cleared away, there's not much for me to do here. Mod 6 is a bad joke, and seems to have ruined pretty much everything, so I think I'll just step back a while until someone either picks up the HAMSTER or lights it on fire.

    it makes me so sad, my main use fo the foundry is making adventures to then play with my friends while roleplaying. if we can't have that then I don't have much use for the foundry for now :(

    My friends and I did test this idea with several maps and still consistently ended up on separate instance. But it was worth a try.

    Anyone can reproduce/confirm this? Wondering what the "u must gather ur party before venturing forth" mechanic would be for.

    Yes, I can confirm it happens every time you load a new map, each member of the party loads a different instance.

    Yes, I can confirm it happens every time you load a new map, each member of the party loads a different instance.
    Try this: Right click on the icon of a party member. Select "Move to their Instance."
    If the instances are similar to other zones in the game this may work. This is why people ask for invites on Zone chat in order to reach a Dragon or Heroic Encounter. You'd have to decide which instance (Party lead being most logical) to meet up on.

    I'm testing it again, but seems not happen anymore, we are loading the same instance map now. :confused:

    This doesn't work. It's the same message you get in IWD... the wrong map type, or whatever.

    This happens to me and my friend every time. But, we simply use the exit door on the radar, and then go back in together -- that seems to fix it every time for us. It's inconvenient, but at least there's a work-around.

    Still happens, three of us got split into three different version of the same map even though we were all together at the transition point...
