Not receiving purchased Zen

Hey, i went to the zen store to purchase 1000 zen for 10$ and i recieved an error message saying "authorization failed" so i tried it a few more times to see if it would work and i kept getting the same message. About 15 minutes later it says my purchase was sucessful and it gave me 5000 zen. I wanted to just buy 1000 and it charged me for an extra 4000 zen. I'm wondering if there's anyway i can get a refund back for the extra 4000 zen that i did not want to purchase??
