Issues logging in - "unable to authenticate"

This morning I logged in and did my crafting and praying.
Then I logged off to claim the Trove of Elemental Evil Code.
Since then I keep getting a message
"Unable to authenticate : Connection to the account server timed out."
Is anyone else having this issue?

I tried again and it finally worked.
