getting a error cant show item info on my main weapon

Some reason after my game disconnected to the lair of pirate king. My main hand weapon disappear and on that slot it kept saying Error cant get item info. It sucks that it look like my iceshard dagger with my lesser plage fire weapon enchantment and my rank 7 dark enchantment. The support center did help get my dagger back but cant equip it and when do equip my game freezes then crashes. I need help on fixing this glitch...
