Rogues having smoke bomb issues?

Any other rogues find your smoke bomb damage has dropped by 90% with the introduction of the double xp event? All my friends are reporting this issue as am I.

    Im not having any problem with it...

    EDIT: Path of the blade however is doing almost NO damage at all
