50% off blood ruby pack coupon

I can use it to open the purchase at a 50% discount but on the final purchase screen,it doen't work,can't select it so it's the full price (already made a ticket but there is a timer on that one so.....)

I guess that explains why 50% is not 50%.

I assumed it was working on the same principal as the arcane, dungeon etc. kits that say they are 75% and are successful at about 50%.

This coupon is bugged for sure. The item states: Only one coupon can be applied per purchase.
special discounts are not cumulative with coupons. Only the best discount is applied per purchase..... yet even though the purchase button said 1000 zen after applying the coupon, it still took 1600 zen from my account..... which is what the price is with the current 20% sale of the item in the Zen market. These are the little things that make the bigger bugs even worse.... everytime I turn around something else isn't working the way it is advertised in this deteriorating game. I'm one more incident from shelving it for good! Tired of the frustrations.

This is bait and switch and is probably punishable under law in the U.S. -- if you're not careful you apply the coupon, it says 1000 zen and then u click the 1000 zen and it turns into 1600 zen.

I've reported this bug via ingame help - but got no response (as expected). Having the 2x XP week and the blood ruby "sale" was diabolical to say the least and a little unfair to be polite.
