Zen purchasing status is "reviewing"

I just tried to purchase some Zen for my husband so he could buy the new bag. Just like I have several times before.

Now the status of the transaction is stuck at "reviewing".

I have never had this before....

Any else have the same issue?

i want to purchase the offer $50.00 = 5000 + 750 + 300** = 6050 ZEN trough steam, and steam says Error , Dont available.

If you'll buy ZEN via Steam Wallet better be patient.
You will see a message (upon trying to convert ZEN into AD in game)

"Due to recent purchase activity, your account is temporarily unable to sell Zen on the Exchange"

This review, from what I've heard, can last up to a month !!!!!!! but it's usually anything around one week.

This is crazy, you need to wait for your bought thing over a week. Madness!

I can't purchase ZEN at all, in game, because Neverwinter doesn't show in the game/server drop down box anymore.

Well I must say, if people want to give them money, and this issue is not addressed. Than I don;t know WHAT will force folks to work one the game. I really really don;t want to complain but this is just too much.

This happened to me the first time i purchased, two weeks later i got a refund. What payment method did you use?
As mentioned above there are known issues with steam.

If you paid by another means chances are you will get a refund, but it will take a while.

Well if "there are known issues with Steam" than it should be clearly stated.
I wasn't aware that I have to wait for my ZEN....that's just not good.

but I could not even make payment , steam can not charge me anything that is not on the list, I mean I can not buy/pay anything !

To address the matter of Steam purchases and ZEN probationary periods:

There are not "known issues with Steam". It is entirely the way Valve pays PWE for ZEN purchases through Steam. Unlike direct purchases, which are paid by the buyer's bank (or CC issuer) to PWE, Valve pays for ZEN purchases in bulk, about once a month (however, Valve is paid by the purchaser's bank directly). As probation is not released until the payment in full is received by PWE, this would disproportionately affect Steam users.

Therefore, it is not an "issue", it is how the payment is remitted to PWE by Valve.

To address the matter of the OP, though: You may need to submit a billing support ticket to answer your inquiry, as we cannot discern what is causing the matter via the forums, nor do we offer customer support through the forums.
