Why can't I still upgrade my powers to rank 4? (Video)

Hello everbody,



I'm lv 70 and spent allready 75 power points. I still have 10 available and I cannot upgrade my powers to rank4:

    Is also affecting boons and feats, i just used a respec and am not able to complete it, sent a message via Facebook. Also posted in Bug forum.

    The patch notes say that it's fixed but I encountered this issue after the patch notes.

    Just turned 70. Can't upgrade any powers, use new ability scores, or apply feats. It shows I have spent 72, and have 14 available power points.

    ditto just hit 70 and cant apply any changes to skill points character points or feats says pending and when you apply keeps asking for confirmation but changes don't get applied frustrating to say the least.

    Seriously??? We have someone with time to move these threads but not give us an answer huh.
