Never led a guild before, want to try

So in every game I've played that has a guild, clan, or some type of close-community mechanic, I've always just joined a random guild, and it's usually not very satisfying. Therefore, I want to try and lead a guild. I don't have a lot of experience with Neverwinter, and I'm not that well-versed in MMO's anyway, so I know this is a long shot, but I was hoping I could round up a couple of players that wouldn't mind coming along for the ride with me.
