Do we have a CM here ?

Servers not working properly since maintenance, constant DC, crashes, server not responding, uber lags, login server down etc etc etc.

Can we at least get some info what is happening?

    I suspect Strumslinger will say something soon (if he hasn't already) since he was logged in at the time of the crash.

    I am on a NA server, I never see an English speaking Admin, only one from Russia, or from a Charlie.(Chinese, viet, etc)

    HELLO! Umm what is a CM? or was that a typeO for GM?

    What you're seeing is the auto-post when people open boxes and get something epic. That not a real person speaking, it's the in game admin-bot. It posts in the language of the player that opened the box, not the player that is reading the text. @Strumslinger is the in game community coordinator, but I have never seen him actually speaking to people in the game when he's logged in. He may be busy doing things other than chatting in /zone, though.

    Guyes, what should he do? Stating the obvious ("it does not work")? Maybe he has no more info than we, maybe even than the developers? It takes time to even know where the error is, then it takes more time to come up with a fix. The first part is the part where everyone is rather clueless (think of your last BSOD and how helpful it's been) and all one could say is placating buzzword dropping. Please dont demand that.
