Elemantal Alliance Ward Scalemail question

I was working on armor items for my GWF and figured out something strange.
All crafted (upgraded) Elemental items have a higher stat of their pre-requirement items. For example, Alliance Assault Scalemail (rare version) has 1.187 power stat and Elemental Alliance Assault Scalemail (Armor) (crafted epic) has 1.242 power. Like +55 power increase.
Alliance Ward Scalemail, (blue rare version) has 791 power, but there is no power on crafted epic version (Elemental Alliance Ward Scalemail) which (I guess) supposed to be like 828 power according to the increase ratio of other items/stats. Is it a tooltip bug or that item really doesn't have power stat?
I'll be glad if anyone who has that item can check and say power stat change if there is any difference as equipped and unequipped. If power stat change when equipped or unequipped then there is a mistake on tooltip info, if there is no power stat on that item then strange logic according to comparing all other items. Then no need to craft an item which has a missed stat.
