is the black ice set rank 5 a good 'end game set' comparing with the new stuff?? should i invest in this?
both pvp and pve i mean..

    Well, you can open collections and check the gear.

    Compare the stats and make a decision.

    If you wanna upgrade pve or pvp set through elemental infusion, you got to do the grind
    i already make iwd quest become sommething to do list when i got log in my toon

    Don't upgrade your BI gear. It's a trap.
    If you're built right, it may even be worth sacrificing the stats for an additional source of health regen in the set bonus.

    The elemental BI gear is a waste of BI. Its not an endgame set.
    The gear you get with elemental infusion (rank 5 BI shaping) is BiS.

    Additionally, upgrading your rank 3 BI gear plays right into their plan to rid the game of set bonuses.
