Feeding the Fire mobs ghosting after HE is over.

First, I've never actually seen anyone trying to do the Feeding the Fire major HE. But I'll go down thru that area and it's full of the mobs from it, when the HE isn't active. You attack them or aggro them, and they fade away. A few of them actually hit me and did damage, and then faded away. They're marked with the special gold frame HP bar for HE mobs, and that's the only one that spawns down there.
