Wrong loot in Epic Spellplague

I have run epic spell plague about 25 times now and have only seen my t2 helmet choice once and that time I got disconnected from the server and never got my loot. In 8 runs so far I have gotten my t1 choice of offhand items when it should of been t2 helmet. I know it drops but the drop rate must be bugged.

    nothing wrong with the drops just bad luck
