OP Bond of Virtue on/off

When using Bond of Virtue (devotion) encounter, it is extremely difficult to tell if this affect is triggered on or off in the heat of battle. Perhaps a different icon or color when it's on or even some kind of text.

There are times I find that bond of virtue is turned off in the middle of combat. I am not sure how that happens but I have to keep a very conscious effort to ensure it is up. I know there is a pulsing graphic on my toon but, it's slow, which equates to lost time and second, I have to pay much more attention to something that I should be able to know at a quick glance.

Bond will turn off if you get stunned/frozen/CC'd in just about any way. Just knocked down, it stays on. Anything else, it will turn off.

I normally just keep an eye on it to see if it goes on cooldown; if it does, I know it's time to refresh.
