Having problems with chat

...so, as the title states, i been having issues with the chat feature in the game, both, text and audio. I cant see anyone typing or if i join dungeons on queues i cant hear anyone, even if the speaker icon is turned on. Funny thing is, that my wife and i both play the game and she can actually read and hear people but i cant. I have checked everything i can think of on settings and we both have the same settings on, we even use same internet. I as well tried switching both Xbox and still got same problem once i log with my user on the other Xbox.

Any ideas on what to do to fix this?:(

I mentioned in another thread similar to this that in-game Voice Chat doesn't work for my friend and I, yet, during a dungeon with randoms, we can hear the one other person who decided to say something. Still no solution for this and I've submitted several tickets already, only to be answered with the same "Clear your Systems Cache and make sure you're not in an XBL Party Chat" scripted answer.
