Alright SO,
Most people when they want to join a community they have two goals in mind!
1. How big is the community?
2. What can i benefit from joining?
SO we will start with #1 although you see UGC insn't 1K or 10K strong on members BUT! I can guarantee in the next 2 months we will skyrocket our members BECAUSE we don't recruit numbers, we recruit quality numbers. We try to avoid recruiting bad seeds or immature players so we have some basic rules as does any community.
So now I am gonna explain to you how Uncut Gaming works.....
We have a rank structure (compiled of military ranks) that you work through Recruit all the way to Commander as you spend more time, get active and help us grow. We are very devoted to quality so within six months you could be seen as a SENIOR LEADER if this is your forte or if you just want more people to game with.
We are recruiting the normal games FPS games we currently have companies established for AW, Hardline and even the MMORPG "Neverwinter" we hope to grow farther out with other games such as Destiny, GTA V etc.... BUT that is in all due time.
We have some plans already in motion we have our Uncut Gaming Store: http://uncut-gaming.spreadshirt.com/
We have prepared our Uncut Gaming Jerseys for our up and coming Semi-Pro and Pro AW teams
We have social media on FB, Twitter and Twitch (Hoping to get an MLG.TV set up)
We have sponsors for our controller junkies who want cool custom controller cases at great prices and discounts
We also were rated a 8/10 by clan nation and we have only been EST. since March 15th
We also have our own Website Developer who always works with enjin to make a sleek, simple easy to use website
We have rank tags for members and leaders even VIP members and such
So you may say "This is no different than KSI, XGN, XGC, RvG, RGC" but truly we are and everyday we update our policies and procedures to modify to the needs of our members. We have members in other countries from the beautiful CANADA to the strong UNITED KINGDOM. All of our leaders are experienced and trained to lead most of the leaders come from other community or clan background and understand the aspects of gaming.

Q: What is Uncut Gaming?
A: Uncut Gaming is a community built around its members. Uncut Gaming or (UGC) was established to cater to the gamers of today and tomorrow, We have minimal rules and somewhat of a structure to keep UGC growing and to really manifest ourselves as a growing "Esprit de corps"
Q: How do I join Uncut Gaming?
A: We always encourage new people or gamer's from other communities to join. So with that being said the simplest way to join is to get in contact with any UGC member. If you wish to fill our an application before being recruited and trained you may do so, but your application will not be approved until you have spoken with an VI within our community on Xbox first.
Q: How are you structured?
A: We are structured around a military like ranking system, We have ranks from Recruit (RCT) all the way to Commander (CMND) We make battalions which holds up to 3 companies and each company consists of up to 30 members. We don't have to many requirements in the ranking system but once you are recruited you will have a chance to learn all of this as a RCT in Uncut Gaming.
Q: If I choose to leave will I be banned?
A: NO! we do not punish people who choose to leave on they're own accords, if you feel this community is not for you feel free to leave, all we ask is that you let someone know why you are choosing to leave and that as you leave UGC you do so quietly. If you try poaching our members on your way out the door or cause any kind of disturbances within our community before leaving you will be DNH'd (DO NOT HIRE)
Q: If I am DNH'd can I ever come back?
A: Yes, You must appeal it through the Uncut Gaming court system and have a trial done by our jury. You will plead your case against Uncut Gaming as to why you were DNH'd and reasons why you should be given a chance of redemption. Understand not all DNH cases are handled in this manner so some may vary. 75% of our DNH cases will be handled in our court system. The only members who can overrule a DNH decision is the Co-Commander and Commander.
Q: Is a name change required?
A: No, to be in UGC it is not. If you wish to become a leader of a company or a battalion at any point then yes. To make LT of a company you are required to add UGC to your GT and get it approved through your Colonel first. If your GT is changed to something inappropriate you will be given 14 days to change it or make a new account on Xbox.
Q: Is website activity mandatory?
A: To an extent, we do not have posting requirements as far as promotions or demotions but we ask you post in the Newcomer Corner once you are recruited as it is part of your recruit phase of Uncut Gaming.
Q: If I have an issue who do I go to?
A: This is the soul reason for our rank structure, We ask you attempt to solve your issues at the lowest level via your LT or CPT, continue up the rank structure until the problem is resolved. If you cannot get an answer from anyone all the VI's have an open door policy just DM them on site or Xbox to get a time to speak with them.
Q: What consoles are you on?
A: Xbox One, we for now will stick to X1, once we have grown and have the ability to we may split into more consoles as we progress as a community.
