HR weapon - not a bug, but you should treat it as one

It's completely ridiculous that the built-in power on my artifact weapon, the one I got for finishing the seed of air quest line, is for a specific paragon path. Only some HRs can use that. A starting power should be for both, and you could purchase others later.

    It's randomly generated, same as it has always been even with the lvl 60 golden dragon weapons. However, with the lvl 70 ones you can buy the cubes to unlock another power for your weapon (like the lvl 60 off hand unlocking used to be).

    I lucked out and got the same exact power that my golden dragon weapon had.

    you can change the same way as off hand. Use right button click -> change artifact powers.
