Dragon Bone Sceptre ( divine mode glow )

Is the Cleric Sceptre suppose to show the glow from Divinity under you instead of tip of weapon like other cleric mains or is this a bug ?

    Follow up bug .. enchantment effects do no show on this weapon either ( slotted a greater holy avenger ).

    Update: This also happens on Dragon Cult Sceptre , plus enchantments not showing effects on either weapon.
