Coins of Waukeen? Moonstone Mask

I recently got the Champion of the North pack (saved up for the dragon DLC but realized it didn't come with a mount, so I got the CotN pack and the Heirloom packs instead, GREAT combo, Epic Mount, 2 followers, giant bag, enough gear to choke a horse all the way to 60, 2 character slots, etc etc etc)... anyways I got the CotN pack and with it came access to the Moonstone Mask.
I might be violating the First Rule here a little, but inside the Mask is a vendor from Waukeen, he has some interesting stuff. After a bit of Google-fu I discovered he is the leftovers from a PC event where bags of Waukeen would drop and could then be opened or traded (sort of similar to the Challenge of the Gods event we have now).
My question is, will this event be coming to Xbox down the road? I'd love to me myself some Fancy Pants (gold pantaloons).

Also searching for Waukeen on the main page shows it as an event on the PC a year or two ago.

It seems they ran the event twice, about a year apart. Would be real nice if they did it again for Xbox, timing would have it happening around May/June.
Gotta say, I love putting on the fancy jammies and hanging around the Mask.
