Spell Twisting not working on tabbed Rays of Enfeeblment

Hello,

as the title says spell twisting doesn't work on tabbed RoE though it works correctly when it is not tabbed.

Same with Entangling Force on tab after getting the rank 4 in it. It still CC's but does not do the aoe pull towards the CC'd enemy nor does it give the stacks in Arcane Mastery.

thread is old but roe is not bug. Because roe on mastery becomes a spell with charges. each charge has 9 sec refill.
Spell twisting nothing to do with spells that have charges. Not even recharge speed from wisdom can decrease those 9 sec refill.
