Is it too much to ask, what about agumented companions?
I am currently using the allure stone.
I couldn't think of another companion , since i am still in the middle of testing every one i find useful.
But if a pseudo dragon is better, i am willing to give up on my 4k of power and 2k recovery for it.
Summoned pets aren't active pets. The summoned one is the one walking/flying by your side. Active companions are the other companions in active slots (not in your inventory), and they give you nice active bonus which don't require that pet to be summoned.
Augments are better as summoned pets. Active companions are rarely augments because augments often have underwhelming active bonuses. This pseudodragon shouldn't be summoned except for levelling, but its active bonus is really excellent (it regens some of your stamina when you use spells). If you have to pick one though I'd rather suggest you a rust monster, the active bonus is even better.

I am currently using master alchemist / deva / bard and a 2 more for stats. All are highest level possible.
And legendary stone as summoned pet. I am still working on his ench / stones.
I ll get the rust monster as suggested. A boost is always appriciated.
