I need help on Shield and sword of eternal fire

Hi,

I have a question for the community.

I got a Shield and a sword of eternal fire lvl 1 for my paladin. How do i upgrade them?

How do i get the longsword of elemental fire and the shield of elemental fire?

    u refine them?? u place either equipment or stones

    I cant refine them that s what is strange.

    I can only equip, delete or change skin.

    are u sure? elemetnal weapon is artifact weapon.. u shud be ablt to refine

    u have a screenshot mate???

    i get it now mate

    those are TRANSMUTES... they are NOT refine items....

    choose a real weapon.. right click change appearance.. and then choose eternal flame shield or sword.. and ur real wepaon will have that skin

    there r 2 ways to find it

    1) u complete spinward rise (3 waves of vigilance quests)

    2) u go to tyranny of dragons camapign and force the artifact weapon and it takes 20 hours

    What is your current level? After level 60, you will be given a series of new mod 6 quest areas. Spinward rise is the 4th area.

    This is a necro, but...

    Two ways to get your lvl 70 artifact weapon:
    -- Make it using ToD currency (make sure you choose level 70 weapon, not level 60)
    -- Get it for free by reaching level 67, heading to Spinward Rise and doing 3 sets of vigilance task forces, then finishing up with the "Seed of Air" quest from Druid Okobo.

    Marshall Rhaegos gives you the vigilance "wrapper" quests, and the dwarf Brokar Ironshod gives you the quests that let you move from one sub-zone to the next.

    This page in the wiki lists the quests in Spinward Rise.
