I'm new to the game and haven't achieve 70 yet , so I would like to know the average damage tier for all classes when on a dungeon PVE and PVP. Higher damage priority from 1 then follow up by 2 and so on. Let's say all of their gears are about the same.
Example :
"PVE - 1. Control Wizard , 2. Great Weapon Fighter , 3. ...
PVP - 1. Trickster Rogue , 2. Control Wizard , 3. ..."
What do you guys think?
Edit : Another quick question , what does scourge warlock do mostly in a party? It's role ? Damage dealer or debuff?

Well, I could answer your question, but I would have to give 2 answers. One for without all the nonsense mod 6 brought along and 1 with it. (I am looking at you, lostmauth set.)

It took me long enough to understand what are you trying to say. So what are the answers?
Honestly your question is too vague. It's not as simple as just saying, this class does more damage then that class. Because each class has several ways to be built. So yes, a CW might out damage a DC, but not of the CW is an Oppressor and the DC is Rightous.
Besides, with mod 6, raw damage just became a second string stat. In most cases, pure effectivness has more to do now with a balanced set of skills that focus more on control, mitigation, buffs, or healing, far more then pure damage.

I have never seen that any MMO has a set order about 'Who, or what, class does more damage than the other'. As the rest have stated... each class has a minimum of 6 possible builds... and each of those has a large number of possibilities based on choices. Then we get into what powers each of us likes to use.
I believe that every class has their strengths and weaknesses... in PvE. Each of us plays a role in both PvP and PvE... and each class has an Achilles heel.
