So I find that while I progress through the story, I come into some areas 2-3 levels underleveled. My first account, I had a Warlock which I'm probably going to delete because I didn't know anything about the race advantages before hand and have sense created a proper race warlock. Are there any places I can easily rank up progressing through the story, or should I just continue through the campaign and level up as I go adn just not worry about it?
I would not worry about it all that much. If you aren't dying a whole bunch, then you are fine. I would say skilled players can make it work, but an unskilled player needs to be level or higher of the zone. When you get some utility slot items, put the blue "Azure" runestone enchants on them. It gives you extra xp on everything. My rogue had 10.5% and I have been over level since the Ebon Downs. I reached their and was the level needed to start Vellosk by the recommended. It is helpful, but will leave your friends behind if you have some to play with.

End game, race wouldn't matter. Play what you like. Some give nice little bonuses but they're all negligible. I made a Halfling Guardian Fighter because I like little tanks.
Don't worry about your race, it all washes out in the end.
The way experience works, the previous level being a fraction of the next level, you will never fall to far behind the curve. You will consistently move into the next area a couple of levels behind, but they aren't additive so it will always be a couple of levels and you will never move into a zone so far behind that you can't take the content.
If you aren't doing your daily dungeon and skirmish those will more than likely put you over the top plus give you a nice AP bonus. As a warlock you'll have plenty of time to knock out some quests while you wait for the cue to pop. You can pick up the daily dungeon, skirmish, and chest key in Protectors Enclave.

100% agree with this. I did drop cash on the Warlock Booster Pack (don't do it, unless the Adventures Pack it comes with is nice to you like it was to me and gives you a exp booster item. Otherwise, the rare gear it gives will be completely replaced by uncommon come Level 20. The Heirloom Pack is a much better investment). At this point, by the time I finish the quests in one zone, I'm already at or above the recommended level.
As others have said, don't worry about the race. I've found that most people stick with a particular race because of the end-game builds they find online, however. Those racials can easily be obtained from stats on gear and enchantments. For me, Sun Elves are my preferred race (closest thing to a Blood Elf from WoW, which I loved) with Humans and Drow next in line.
I hit 30 this past Tuesday and now 33 (slow dungeon crawling with endless DCs slowing the leveling process). Going the Hellbringer Temptation path, I'm healing while DPSing and, once I get my Paragon Cap Stone in the Temptation tree, group heals for everyone while I DPS! As of right now, I very rarely drop below 80% and that's only because I'm greedy and taking on more packs of enemies than I should. The most valuable tip I can provide (my WoW vet day really helped with this one) is to learn how to kite. Tougher mobs should be kited and stay out of melee range as much as possible.
Curse > Fiery Bolt > Curse > Killing Flames > Dreadtheft > Curse > Hand of Blight until Fiery Bolt is off CD > ( if the enemy is still alive, repeat rotation - however, unless you're going up against large HP enemies like the big winged demon guy in Helms Hold, it shouldn't take a full rotation like this to kill them. Cursing one enemy and casting Fiery Bolt should put in enough damage to finish everything off with At-Wills or other Encounters)
Guys i'm not very good at these games and this is my first game into this genre so can anyone give me advise on a Warlock build? i am playing as CW and at level 30 its not really strong and does not feel like a level 30 so i am thinking to start another character and am considering the warlock
