Cannot Log in ......Connection Timed Out

Is anyone else having this issue. First the Neverwinter launcher won't launch correctly and now that I got past the launcher, I am getting a connection timed out error.

The Server Status light is green
I have tried launching through Arc and just through the launcher
I have tried both accounts

Right now, the launcher is stuck.

    I'm having the same problem. I eventually did get into the game (took forever), but it was pretty much unplayable.

    Been having this issue all day- and on the rare occasion it lets me in, it is unplayable- all I have manage to accomplish is to get most of my Invocations done... tried a Dungeon, and the warping, server not responding, and lag were so bad it was not close to playable.

    YEP, just got dced right now, took 15 times of "connection time elapsed try again" after getting it to actually log in...while loading into the game it kept "server not responding" before I even got in. Tried to reload the game and now the launcher is stuck, black...
