code for Trove of Elemental Evil already expired?

Thank you for sending my son and I that shiny e-mail that said "here, have this code and free loot", only when we try to redeem it, it's already expired, despite the fact that it's not May 1 yet.

Same happened to me! I exited out of the client and everything. How can it be already expired? :mad:
