cache of the elements/protector

how on earth are you supposed to obtain the cache of the elements/protector? According to the master dungeon Guide item it should be awarded for completing ELoL/VT/MC/ToS/CC/GWD yet after completing atleast 20 of those i have yet to see the cache beeing awarded. I have seen it once when i got my pala to 70 on day 2 of mod 6 but never after. Am i missing something?

    Do you have the keys to open the other chest?

    From what I have heard and read... when you have the key another chest is available for looting. For MC it is the MC entry key, for VT the same.

    Cache drops randomly for 1 player in party (its bug + also dung daily quest is awraded with same bug) if u would following at least dev tracker u would know, but for some weird reason ppl choose to ignore any sources of information and hit forum with "problem" directly. I would say why i think its like it is, but i would be "an insult" so lets cut it here.
