HR not able to mount my mount for much longer than other classes after battle finishe

I have noticed in ALL areas that when a battle is done and everyone else has mounted their mounts to leave the area that my HR takes at least 5 or more seconds to be able to mount his mount. This is particularly annoying in PvP when you die and get back to the fire, I can walk all the way to the edge where you jump down to join in the battle again before I am able to mount whereas other classes can mount as soon as they stand up upon arriving at the fire after a death. I also am in the crouch position much longer than any other classes I have noticed. This has really bugged me for a long time now so I though I should mention here. Not sure if its a system bug or if my character is bugged.
