not only legit. lfg is almost dead, i spend at least 2-3 hours everyday just spamming "CW ECC ECC LFG VT" with hardly any invite. there are few ppl that still play and are not busy grinding enchants, black ice and w/e is needed and are doing dg's
Could be just most people are too focused on grinding to 70 and not alot of 70 players currently either.

I've got a level 70. He's an MI Executioner TR. Executioner's capstone is currently broken, so that doesn't help. In addition, he was slightly decently geared before, but with no idea that they'd make everything you owned except your enchants worthless, I focused on improving other things because it had the most benefit before. So I have a Perfect Vorpal(Still OK, I guess, but not the 'in' thing these days), a couple of orange artifact gears, and Rank 7 enchants. My orange mainhand and purple OH are obsolete and outclassed by green versions of the new stuff. My orange belt of STR isn't going anywhere for now until I figure out the benefit of losing a couple of points of STR vs stats.
I have 0 AD income these days except for invoking and leadership, both of which have seen a decrease as I must use my slots for improving my other professions as everything you need from them is BoP. I need to upgrade or replace all of my enchants since I was using mostly Radiants before which does me little good now since they're all R7 and Apen is what is needed now(And what I've been able to scrape together has, of course, no Apen). I don't have the AD to do this. Materials I suppose will eventually drop, but the marks are still going to be a pain and it will be a long, slow process.
Meanwhile I'm in level 60 blues with the eternal chest piece since that's what I could afford to get. I guess from here I grind dungeons, but... I'm a TR, and unless the 23rd brings some changes, which I'm waiting to see if it does, I'm not going to get much joy from my current feat tree. Also not in demand as a class, and since I don't know the new paradigms and meta I don't want to form parties and have people get mad at me if I end up making something non-viable.
Also apparently pretty much you have to be perfect now, as far as I can tell from trying to do WoD dailies and what people say about the absurd amount of damage from trash in dungeons. I am not capable of this, I have permanent bad internet because the infrastructure here where I live is garbage, and I have bad reflexes and reaction times that 15+ years of gaming in general and two years of this game have been unable to improve. So, pretty much nobody is even going to want me, because I can't do the whole perfect never getting hit ever learn2play thing.
So, no, I don't run dungeons right now. Maybe if Exe stays broken and I force myself to go semi-perma Sab and can pull that off, but right now I don't want to have to deal with unmanageable, unfun pressure to do things I know I'm not physically capable of doing.
My other chars... The grind is daunting and not at all enjoyable. I suppose my CW would be OK since CW, but I haven't played her almost at all in the last mod for a reason. My DC's gear was bad to begin with so he'll be worse off than my TR, and of course there's my OP who's slow to kill and takes forever to do anything now that he's in his 60s. And of course that pressure for perfection I can't pull off.

I have one of each class that I am in the process of grinding from 60-70 so, no, I've not been nearly as active with doing anything outside of leveling as of the mod6 release. Once I get leveled then I'll start doing dungeons again and working on my gear. I think that is a mindset of quite a few of us in legit. Grind it out then worry about other things. While the OP's priorities may not be the same, it doesn't mean the channel has gone to the dogs. It simply means people that had tricked out characters are now back to the grind trying to get them tricked out again and are not taking the time to do a lot of the content that was previously popular before the mod's release.

yea people are requesting players with item scroll 3000 or higher sometimes... lowest I have seen was 2800 requested

LOL my TiL was almost 2900 with Mod 5 gear. It's dropped to 2600 with the blues...
