Since the raise in lvl cap monsters should have higher damage resistance. I am wondering what is the dr of the new mobs/bosses. I know it was 22/24% respectively in mod 5 but what is it now? I am guessing its 26/28% respectively because i am guessing that figure if it scales to levle from 60 to 70. But anyone know for sure?
Anybody know for L70 Epic mobs? Just looking at stat distribution. Whn we had the old curves being 24% was practically mandatory. On flat curves (given the number of mobs) sub-optimal boss ArPen exchanged for other stats (given available points).

Testing provided 40% was near optimal, after debuffs come into play for pve at this time. So that is what every class should at least shoot for and yes, some classes will struggle to get to that.
I will be removing radiants in favor of darks coming up as I continue to gear out several toons. Its a hard balance, at times.
(GWF artifact is the only class one I believe that gives it as well, which still makes it one of the better class artifacts as a whole.)
I break up stats for mod 6, in this value order.
