Fix Dungeon que and kicking

Alright as many others have theirs a huge problem with randoms kicking players for no apparent reason as well as the dungeon queing you to those same groups over and over and over.
Please fix so kick option can be only implemented if player is inactive more than 2 minutes that is being kicked.
Also make it so you can customize the party you want when forming, not everyone who is a cleric is a healing cleric (dps builds) and vice with dps/tank classes.
And fix some of the instances just in general alot are bugged or overtuned for the gear scrores, maybe raise the T2 level bar.
