Bugged game

I did the plague tower and killed Rhazzad at the last of it, now the quest says I have to defeat Linkletter, which I have, and am stuck in the tower, can't exit, can't go back and can't even get the reward. Can't even abandon the quest now.

Any help would be appreciated
