Play is Grayed Out

Was not able to play today, Xbox live support tried everything but still wont work. I un-install the game did a Hard Reset then re-install - still unable to play coz its grayed out!

I did submit a Ticket, now does anybody have this issue today? Theres no Server maintenace right? Friends & Family members were able to play & they're also in the Eastern U.S. just like me.

Unit - Xbox One U.S.
Eastern U.S. Location.

Need Help...:(

    It just happened to me. I was in PE going to exit area, while looking at map list, got dropped from game. Tried hard resetting my xbox, internet, signing in and out of my gold profile. Nothing seems to work. Did you recieve any info on what to do? I have made a ticket, just sucks that I don't know the wait time for a response.

    UPDATE 8:26PM PT: It looks like dark magic has made its way into our servers. It may take up to two more hours for the servers to come back up.
