I came back to the game about 2 months ago, so when this mod released I did not have fully refined artifacts/arti equipments. So when i hit lvl 70 that left me with a item level of 2100. I am told that this is too low for t1 dungeons. I have all boons already. I would like to know what am i suppose to be doing at this point to increase my items levels if my score is too low for the t1?

Find less snobbish ppl to team up with. Try legit community channel, e.g., join or found a guild,...

...farm WoD dailies in a party of 2 or 3, to get Dragon fangs to buy the Eternal Armour Set (60 Fangs, 200 Dragn Hoard Coins) if you don't yet have it. 23rd's patch will hopefully fix the disappearance of the Seals of Triumph, so PvPing to get the PvP armour might be an option then, too. Whether or not this gets you beyond whatever imaginary minimum IL or not? I don't really know...

Get the four artifacts up to higher levels - can use normal enchantment drops, there.

Farm Black Ice, level your Black Ice Shaping profession to Lvl 5, farm Unified Elements (or craft them, uh-oh - Jewelcrafting Lvl 25 and it's glacially slow...) , and upgrade your armour. Brigt side: Jewelcrafting lets you make twin slot Lvl 70 rings - if you can buy the single-slotted ones for a few 100k AD - or the crafting tools, 4 needed for 60% chance to get a single-slotted, cost in the millions AD each... ...but you can later resell them or make a profit in the ring crafting business...

Sorry. Dungeons are only for 1337 Pwnrz currently... ...but don't QQ - drops are only blues, too. So that wouldn't buff your gear...
