Bug GF mechanic

Tab Mark (guardian fighter) and shield slam mechanic is bugged.. is vanished.
I don't have free respec, I created this char today

    Shield slam no longer recovers 5% of your stamina, despite the tooltip saying it does so. This also makes the artifact power class feature of tide of iron useless as well. Please fix.
