I have been currently troubled on what to pick for my Human Paladin. I don't know if I should put it on Divine Wisdom (additional healing) or Force of Will (additional crit chance). Could you guys tell me what feat is better in means of overall combat?

If you have to strictly choose between the two then crit is much better. Afterall heals can crit too.
Paladin - Force of Will feat - is broken for the Xbox One. For my Oath of Protection Paladin it is maxed and there is no apparent crit chance add... My Constitution is 25 (25% added crit chance?) wisdom is 16 with a slight add on crit also. Yet my crit only reads as 29.5%. This is the reason why I had taken this feat. My Oath of Devotion Paladin did not take this feat because it's full heal specification.
I will be making a thread for this after my probation is expired for joining the forum.
Constitution, Wisdom and Charisma are the 3 most important DnD Stats for the character.
Constitution is Hit Points and Damage Resistance. Hit points also means damage thanks to Aura of Courage.
Wisdom is Bonus Healing, Critical Chance, Control Bonus and Control Resist.
Charisma is Stamina Regain, Action Point Gain and Combat Advantage Damage.
So looking at my OP: Wis 19 (+9% for its things) Cha 22 ( +12% for its things).
If I add Divine Wisdom the benefit is I get an extra +9% Healing. A Dev Op produces just a crazy amount of healing by default.
If I add Force of Will I gain 12% Critical chance. 12% Critical chance improves both my healing and my damage out put. Further having higher Charisma also means I can use Sanctuary more often (healing), gain Action Points faster (Shield of Faith + others) and when things are granting Combat Advantage (such as when stunned by Burning Light or Smite) do more damage. In short Charisma does more at base, and then Force of Will makes it even better.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin Obsidian Oath - Warlock A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
