Please reconsider the damage that "1600 item level" dungeon bosses are doing to people with well over 1600 item level.

If you have AoEs that only show for 0.3 seconds before they one-shot you and you combine that with any amount of network latency whatsoever you have a recipe for people finding other pastimes. Additionally, and its not clear if it is a result of network latency or not, often times people are completely outside of the area marked by AoE and are still being hit by it. It is not a matter of barely getting out of the marked area, its a matter of being miles away from it and still being hit by it - and we know its the AoE hitting us - a prime example is Valindra's AoE that drains action points and knocks you prone....."from way downtown"

Consider also, that if any of our toons survives a single hit from a boss mob, we are sitting at 5-10% health with no chance of being healed. Why, you say? Because our healer has been busy reviving two other people who have already been one-shot in the first seconds of the fight.

Perhaps it would be different if there was some sort of distinction between the AoEs bosses use now, but there isn't. They all just one-shot you if you get hit by them. Essentially there is no variety from any boss attack any more, just the size of the circle or the rectangle (if it actually appears) which all just kill you with one hit.

I think that red areas aka damage sources with warning indicator should be deadly. I don't mind being insta killed by red zone, because I was too bad to avoid it. But when basic attack of a common add hits for over 100k, it's stupid. I think they just messed up scaling (even tho it was pointed out many times on preview forums), we'll see if they come up with something on April 23.
M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz

I was having a very hard time keeping my team up in elol last night, it was a one gf/3gwf and 1 dc party (I was the dc(2400 gear level at the very second I ran that) virt line, with foresight , rank 4, hg rank 4, ashield rank 4 and the virt feat to reduce damage by another 5% on hots. Slotted light of divinity, foresight, used ashield, hw and bastion.

So at times I had 20+8+5 straight reduction from hg+foresight+virt feat , add on top of the r4 ashield 40%, so I was providing a 75% reduction , plus hots rolling and the GF was still getting one shotted in elol. I dont know WHAT else I could possible do, I dont think there was anything else I COULD do. We finally got it done, but it was pretty hard and had a few wipes involved. This was the t1, I know it will be easier with some of the people getting a little higher geared but, how are regular folks supposed to do this? I will have around 2800 level limit as soon as I get my jewel crafting to 25 give or take some, but even then, my damage reduction will not change, just my outgoing healing and damage, as I get my arp higher. But if I have to always slot all heals, defense skills, that will not help my team, it will help some of the debuffing methods though.

I truly believe t1 limit should be at least 2000 and maybe like 2600 for t2 limit to enter. I think tiamat should be at least 2500-2600 as well if not higher.

    This will help a little.
