Courage breaker "dis"respecting CC immunity

Hey guys, is anyone else finding that courage breaker no longer dis- respects CC immunity?

    What does the tooltip say? IIRC the tooltip used to clearly state that it ignores CC immunity.

    I know for a fact that there's a VP bug, where if you use VP teleport while under effects of CB, the cc-breaker actually ends CB effects. Reported it, but they never got this fixed. Other than that, if its being ignored by CC immunity then its clearly a bug.

    Seems to work with some CC immune mobs. Need to try and replicate the situation and circumstances I saw

    I have yet to try CB more now that I am 70. I had taken it out of my rotation in Spinward since it did not seem to help me much. After that I have been playing with any and all alternatives. I did try it out in our attempt at VT, and I got squashed like a bug after using it.
