Best lvl 70 artifact cloak/belt set for CWs?

The obvious answer seems to be the Valindra's cloak and belt, which has INT/CHA. But the cloak isn't available for purchase with linu, which is the easiest way to gear up enough to have a fighting chance in the dungeons.

As far as belts go, it seems the best two belts obtainable with 15 linu are Greater Imperial Cloak (power/crit/recovery) and Lostmauth's Hoard Necklace (power/crit/arm pen). Both give action point gain. In fact, the Imperial Cloak is very similar to Valindra's amulet. The set bonuses aren't too bad either, especially Lostmauth's set: "Do an additional hit for Weapon Damage on a Critical hit."

The only downside is the set belt with Imperial cloak and Lostmauth's necklace are neither INT or CHA.

What are your thoughts?

    If I had to choose right now today and everything was presented in Legendary form, I'd go for the Lathander version O_o. Don't know about a month from now though.
    I dislike max dps build and the way I'm seeing things now, going thaum+icy veins and adding the Lathander (if maxed) will allow me to maybe survive and provide some balance between control and damage. Provided that I invest in some pets :P

    Though, it certainly would be worth the price for the complete Valindra set. That, a cantankerous mage, will-o, so much control bonus.

    You know that most of those stats are placeholders and will change 23rd, right?
    btw. You downsided 2 of the 3 top DPS sets. Feel free to ask me in-game why (my forum name is my game @handle).

    Placeholders? Where did u get that info from? Does NOT sound legit. They dont release items with placeholder stats.

    Placeholder that will change 23rd? Who told you that?
